The company, managed by Warburg Pincus LLC, a U.S.-based private equity firm, is the majority shareholder of Asian Coast Development Ltd (ADL).

The latter is the promoter of The Grand Hot Tram Strip and the parent company of Hot Tram Project Company. Vina Capital Group Ltd, a Vietnamese investment company, holds a minority stake in the controlling company of ACDL.
