Kylian Mbappe, 24, Paris Saint-Germain, is ready to spare no expense to sign with Real Madrid.
“Mbappe will earn 35 million euros (about 49 billion won) a year after taxes if he joins Real Madrid next summer,” Spanish media outlet El Chiringito reported on Wednesday (June 3).
Mbappe has been linked with a move to Real since last year.
Real wanted to complete their new Galactico with Mbappe, who is currently rated as the best striker in the world.
They were even linked with a move this summer.
Mbappe’s dispute with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) over a contract extension has led to rumors of a move to Real.
If Mbappe agrees to sign with Real, he will become the highest paid player on the team, surpassing world-class players like Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
The Real players would also be delighted to have Mbappe on board.
“I want Mbappe to join Real,” said Aurélien Chouaményi in a recent interview.
