SSG Landers Appoints Si-Heon Son as Head of Futures, Joins Kagoshima on March 3

As a former Doosan Bears rookie, Son Si-heon was known for his steady defense and excellent operational skills during his playing career, and he was considered a prime example of hustle play.

He was recognized for his leadership while serving as captain of the Doosan Bears and NC Dinos, and after retiring, he served as a defensive coach to guide young players.

He has also been interested in the American farm system, which develops players based on sports science, 먹튀검증토토사이트 and has been studying related fields.

SSG believes that with his experience and capabilities, Son is the right person to lead the transformation and growth of the Futures prospects by understanding and utilizing the club’s sports science-based development direction.

I am grateful to SSG for entrusting me with the role of second team coach, and I feel a heavy responsibility. Based on my experience, I will do my best to communicate and collaborate with the coaching staff and front office so that good players can be nurtured.

Son will visit SSG Futures Field in Ganghwa Island on Thursday, February 2, to meet and greet the Futures players, before joining the final camp in Kagoshima on Friday, February 3.

Meanwhile, with the appointment of Son Si-heon as head coach of the Futures, Lee Dae-soo will be in charge of the defense part of the Kagoshima camp and will take on a new role in the 24th season.
